Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Because our products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, delivery times may be longer than standard domestic shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States, Canada, UK, EU: 7–14 business days

    • Remote locations in the US require longer delivery times and additional shipping fees. These include:
      • Alaska
      • Hawaii
      • Puerto Rico
      • Guam
      • U.S. Virgin Islands
      • American Samoa
      • Northern Mariana Islands
      • Marshall Islands
      • Palau
      • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–15 business days

Tracking Your Order

All orders come with tracking. You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Delays & Customs

  • Shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control (customs inspections, postal delays, or peak holiday seasons).

  • We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to most destinations. This means all applicable import taxes and duties are already covered — you won’t be charged extra upon delivery.
  • GloPalm is not responsible for additional customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply in your country.
